Green Circle Launches on the West Coast

Leading salons, stylists and beauty pros gathered at into Suki’s on Granville, on May 28, to celebrate the launch of Green Circle Salons, a recycling services provider for salons, on the West Coast.
"The beauty industry poses many challenges to the environment, from sourcing of ingredients to the disposal of packaging, chemicals and products. Through the Green Circle environmental initiative, hair, foils, colour tubes, plastics, papers and chemicals are recycled and diverted from landfills and water streams. We are proud to state that our program diverts 90 to 95 percent of salon waste,” said Shane Price, President of Green Circle Salons.
