Third Time’s a Charm for CityLine Makeover Winner

Russel Bally, of Ego Salon in Brampton, Ont., took first place in CityTv’s “Ordinary to Extraordinary” Makeover Competition at Toronto’s ABA. This was his third time entering the competition. Bally received a $1000 cash prize and will appear on a broadcast of CityLine.
“Hair styling is my way of connecting with new people every day, making people smile and creating a more beautiful and happy world,” wrote Bally on his entry form.
