Timothy Kuo Wins the Style Masters Contest For the Second Time

Timothy Kuo took first place in Revlon Professional’s Canadian Style Masters Contest for the second year in a row. “The second time feels just as good as the first time. I’m ecstatic,” he said after the win was announced at Toronto’s ABA.
Last year, Kuo travelled to Amsterdam for an international event as part of his prize, which he said was “an eye opener.” This year he will be heading to Budapest. “I’m excited. It’s going to be amazing.”
“I’m inspired by using a lot of texture that’s in right now,” says Kuo of his winning collection. “The one I did on stage was kind of a cloud shape…I get inspiration from all over the place.”
Kuo used Style Masters Modular Hairspray 2 to shape the hair and Style Masters Photo Finisher Hairspray 3 to finish it.
