The annual Chatters Symposium took place in Red Deer, Alberta on October 23 and 24, 2017, to join salon team mates from salons across the country for business, awards and education.
A team of Redken educators took the stage to bring forth education techniques where Redken models were able to show off their work at the Chatters Stylist Connection. 
Roxy Olson, Meghan Pearson and Anastasia Klironomos gave Chatters salon team members a brief on the new Sexy Hair products, followed by Jared Trombetta who presented the Unite Hair suite of products during the Expo Speed dating session.
A “Dare to Hair Competition” was also held in which the winner was awarded by Redken’s Terry Ritcey and Corine Sim, VP Marketing and Branding for Chatters.
