Aveda launches two new products in their Be Curly line: Co-Wash and Intensive Detangling Masque.
1. Wash properly
Aveda’s new Be Curly Co-Wash allows your curly-haired clients to go a few days in between lathers. Infused with certified organic babassu and baobab oils and cassava, this hydrating cleanser pushes the co-washing movement into the hands of the curly girls and combats frizziness in between showers to keep tendrils quenched—exactly what they need to stay strong and healthy.
2. Treat weekly
Curly hair needs some extra TLC when it comes to treatment and moisture, so hand your clients the Be Curly Intensive Detangling Masque and tell them to work through clean, damp strands weekly for two to five minutes to give their coils or waves a boost that will leave them looking shiny and bouncy.
3. Be kind
Your clients should know how to care for their curls in between appointments, but sometimes you need to remind them that curls need different attention than your straight-haired clients. Reminding them to use a wide-tooth comb and to keep tone down excessive washing and heat styling whenever possible will keep their tresses looking fresh.
