Congratulations to Anthony Polsinelli, whose otherworldly creation took home the top prize in Davine’s World Style Contest!
Polsinelli was presented with the award on Davines’ World Wide Hair Tour stage in London at the Freemasons’ Hall. Artists already featured on stage included Angelo Seminara, Allilon Hairdressing, Samuel Rocher, Brian Suhr and Kirsten Demant, and Anna Pacitto. Canadian Davines educators Lina Shamoun and James Abu-Ulba also presented on stage to an audience of over 1,000 beauty professionals. Canadian hairstylist Chantal Girard was also a finalist in the competition.
This year, Davines introduced the EcoSalon awards for sustainability. Beehive in New Jersey took home the top prize, while Claque la Mouche in Sweden won for design. The three-day event brings together the Davines international community to be immersed in the brand’s beauty philosophy—and enjoy some leisurely socializing with like-minded salons.
