From intricate designs to delicate and creative, CND has created four holiday-ready nail looks—all created with the Aurora collection—with all the steps to create them so you can give your clients a generous dose of sparkle—and holiday spirit.

Crystal Clouds

1. On a prepared nail, apply a thin layer of CND Shellac Base Coat and cure for 10 seconds under the CND LED Lamp.
2. Apply two thin layers of CND Shellac Winter Glow to the entire nail, curing each layer for one minute.
3. Using a gel flat oval brush, apply CND Additives Crustal Crush to the entire nail. Gently press to smooth the edges into the top film.
4. Using a makeup sponge with CND Shellac Safety Pin, sponge the colour randomly over the entire nail and cure for one minute.
5. Apply a thin layer of CND Shellac Clearly Pink and cure for one minute.
6. Apply a thin layer of CND Shellac Xpress5 Top Coat and cure for one minute.
7. Wipe with rubbing alcohol to remove top film.

Arctic Haze

1. On a prepared nail, apply a thin layer of CND Shellac Base Coat and cure for 10 seconds under the CND LED Lamp.
2. Apply two thin layers of CND Shellac Tundra to the entire nail, curing each layer for one minute.
3. Using a fan brush, feather
CND ShellacNordic Lights from side to centre on the left side of the nail. Repeat this process on the right side of the nail with CND Shellac Glacial Mist and cure for one minute.
4. Using a gel flat oval brush, apply CNDAdditives Midnight Revelry in the top film to the left side of the nail; concentrating the additives on the sides of the nail and feathering to the center. Repeat this process on the right side of the nail with CNDAdditives Jaded Rebel.
5. Apply a thin layer of CND Shellac Xpress5 Top Coat and cure for one minute.
6. Wipe with rubbing alcohol to remove top film.

 Cosmic Twilight

1. On a prepared nail, apply a thin layer of CND Shellac Base Coat and cure for 10 seconds under the CND LED Lamp.
2. Apply two thin layers of CND Shellac Nordic Lights to the entire nail, curing each layer for one minute.
3. Using a fan brush with
CNDShellac Glacial Mist, apply to two-thirds of the nail, angling from the extension edge towards the cuticle and cure for one minute.
4. Repeat the same technique using a fan brush and ShellacTundra applying to half of the nail and cure for one minute.
5. Apply a thin layer of CND Shellac Xpress5 Top Coat and cure for one minute.
6. Wipe with rubbing alcohol to remove top film.

Celestial

1. On a prepared nail, apply a thin layer of CND Shellac Base Coat and cure for 10 seconds under the CND LED Lamp.
2. Apply two thin layers of CND Shellac Nordic Lights to the entire nail, curing each layer for one minute.
3. Using a fan brush with CND Shellac Glacial Mist, apply to two-thirds of the nail, angling from the extension edge towards the cuticle and cure for one minute.
4. Repeat the same technique using a fan brush and CND Shellac Tundra applying to half of the nail and cure for one minute.
5. Create the glacial pattern using a stylus and CND Shellac in Glacial Mist and cure for one minute.
6. Using a gel flat oval brush, apply CND Additives Crystal Crush and Whiteout to the top of the cuticle area, applying a drop of CND Shellac Xpress5 Top Coat between layers of Additives and cure for one minute.
7. Wipe with rubbing alcohol to remove top film.
