We asked Canadian-based hairstylists to bring their creativity, artistry and technical skill to life through elevated updos, and the response was nothing short of inspiring. From intricate, polished creations to modern, sculptural styles and effortlessly elevated finishes, entries for the “So You Think You Can Style? Ultimate Updos” contest showcased the incredible talent and creativity of Canada’s professional hair community.
A huge thank you to everyone who participated and shared their work throughout the contest period. Each submission offered a unique interpretation of the ultimate updo, highlighting the artistry, technique and attention to detail that goes into creating a standout finished look.
After public voting on SalonMagazine.ca, the finalists have officially been selected. These standout artists will now move forward in the competition, with our judges evaluating the finalist entries based on creativity, technical skill and overall suitability to select the first-, second- and third-place winners.
