“I was inspired by the genius of legendary filmmaker Fritz Lang’s Master of Darkness and music legend Harald Blüchel,” says Apostolopoulos. “I really wanted to bring out a timeless mood to this shoot, referencing hair from various eras yet putting a current take on each shape. Behind the lens was none other than Andrew O’Toole, who welcomed natural light in a deserted ballroom and created a story of incredible fashion with mesmerizing hair.”
