The hottest hues of the season are subdued shades that look natural.
Take a cue from these Fashion Week darlings when it comes to choosing the right colour this fall.
Browney Blondes
Did you know that only 2% of the population are natural blondes? It’s easier than ever to fake it, however. This year’s blondes are returning to more natural-looking dirty blonde and honey shades. Hair that’s as close to brown as possible without actually being brown (or “Bronde” as Kim Vo calls it) is on trend.

Reds Get Real
The red of the moment isn’t a rich, deep mahogany hue that you normally expect. Coppers and strawberry blondes are dominating the ginger hair spectrum this season. The rule of thumb: if a real red head could possibly have this shade, it’s sure to be a hit on and off the runways.

Brunettes With Depth
While most women go darker in the fall, instead of going for a single-dimension brown or black, consider something with auburn undertones or blonde lowlights. Hair that has dimension looks more naturally occurring than one all-over harsher shade.
