The beautiful Charlize Theron, who is known for her roles in Mad Max and Snow White and the Huntsman, turned many heads at Sunday night’s Golden Globes red carpet with her show-stopping platinum pixie cut.
Cut, coloured and styled by Adir Abergel in under two hours, the celebrity stylist was inspired by the “movement of the dress that had Grecian influence yet had a modern structured bodice,” and wanted to mimic that through a golden tone and highly-structured cut.
Want the same look? So do we! Here’s how he did it:
- If you’d like to get this style of pixie cut, ask your stylist to first cut your hair tighter around the sides and back, but leave the top longer to allow for a deep side sweep if desired.
- To get that sleek shine, apply the protein-powered Virtue Healing Oil to set the foundation for the look. It adds shine while taming frizz and getting rid of those pesky flyaways.
- Blow dry your hair with a Denman flat brush and round the ends with a flat iron or an accentuated sleek finish.
- To complete the style, mix the Virtue Un-Frizz Cream with another dose of the Virtue Healing Oil and smooth the top of the hair to tame any remaining flyaways.
