The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation has unveiled a colourful pop-up space in Toronto, Ont. with an immersive experience to raise awareness for their upcoming Colour to Conquer fundraising program that will launch in May.
The vintage vibes and vibrant colours in this space, built and designed by author, artist and HGTV host, Tiffany Pratt, is the perfect spot to capture whimsical photos for social media that can be used to promote the upcoming campaign which will encourage Canadians to colour their hair in the month of May to help raise awareness and funds for cancer research.
“This event is unlike anything The Princess Margaret has offered in the past,” said Michael Burns, president and CEO of The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.
“It’s a fun and unique way for Canadians to support an important cause, enabling future care by raising funds for world-leading cancer research at The Princess Margaret.”
Tiffany Pratt said, “For me, colourful spaces are created to invoke feelings that make you feel good and heal. This is especially important for people who are navigating through the cancer journey. These thoughts are the inspiration behind our Colour Club. I want everyone to come in and appreciate the beauty and feel renewed, inspired or transformed in some way.”
The Colour Club will be open from April 17 to April 27, 2019 from 12PM to 7PM.
Although the Colour Club is accessible on a first-come, first-serve basis, visitors who would like to skip the line may register on EventBrite, while suggested donations will be collected at the door.
