Position Title: SPA SUPERVISOR

We are looking for two Spa Supervisor (NOC TEER 62029) positions.

Job Duties:
• Assist clients/guests with bookings and special needs
• Monitor customer experience within the salon
• Monitor the hygiene and cleanliness of the salon
• Monitor the application of the safety standards of the salon and legal regulations
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Monitor quality and production levels
• Resolve work related problems
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
• Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items
• Use and monitor the salon software and POS
• Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
• Onboard new staff ensuring awareness of processes and procedures
• Liaise with salon owner and the other supervisor

Additional Skills:
• Effective interpersonal skills: friendly and client-oriented
• Computer skills: familiar with salon management software
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge
• Knowledge of the salon industry
• Strong management and leadership skills

Education: Completion of a post-secondary diploma/degree

Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of related work experience in management

Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-time

Start date: As soon as possible

Wage: $26.50/hour

Hours: 32 hours/week

Location of work: 3230 Preston Ave S, Saskatoon, SK  S7T 0Y5. No remote work available.

Other requirements: Must be able to work in Canada legally
