NEUMA Beauty has announced its partnership with World Vision, a global humanitarian organization, to support Ukraine and its refugees.
In an effort to increase the humanitarian assistance for Ukraine and its neighbouring countries, NEUMA has committed to donating 20 per cent of the proceeds from its ecommerce sales of its reNeu system (including reNeu Shampoo, Condition, and Scalp Therapy) to go directly to World Vision’s Ukrainian Refugee Fund from May 1st to May 31st.
“Since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, World Vision has been on the front lines, providing humanitarian assistance to refugees displaced and affected by the conflict,” says Maureen Saenz, vice president of marketing for NEUMA. “After a successful partnership in 2021, we’re honoured to support World Vision’s focus on an emergency relief fund to help bring immediate aid to Ukraine’s most vulnerable citizens.”
The goal of World Vision’s Ukrainian Crisis Emergency Response is to help women and children by providing monetary assistance, non-food items, education and child-protection in Ukraine, Romania, Moldova and Georgia.
“Without the support of our corporate partners, World Vision wouldn’t able to meet the critical needs of the refugees who’ve been uprooted from their homes,” says Samantha King, corporate director for World Vision. “We’re grateful for NEUMA Beauty’s support and contribution to help provide essential shelter and hygiene supplies to refugee facilities in Eastern Europe.”
