Evoking one of the most opulent periods in history, Renaissance Italy, when the country and its merchants essentially controlled all trade into the rich, spice-laden East, Jason Kearn’s collection captures the very essence of the word. Hyper-romantic, with gowns provided by Canada’s king of romantic fashion, Lucian Matis, the hair is a modern spin on Renaissance braids, being shorter and much more textured.
