Congratulations to Caroline Fournier of Chicoutimi, Que., on her first-place win in the “So You Think You Can Style?” Blonde Bombshell photo contest.
Caroline Fournier’s passion for hair began at 14 years old. “I love creating avant-garde looks because I can have fun while completely letting go and letting my creativity flow,” she says.
This winning look was inspired by a fashion photo Fournier saw on Instagram that reminded her of a porcelain doll. “The woman in the photo looked like a porcelain doll but with movement. There was a lot of texture and a lot of volume in her hair, which inspired me to create my vision for this look.”
As a former cutting artist for Joico, Fournier only used Joico products for this look. “I find that all of their products, in terms of both colouring and styling, offer me a wide range that meets all my needs,” she says. “Hair competitions are something that I love because it gives me the opportunity to travel to places like Dallas and Toronto to meet inspiring people while enabling my creativity.”
Congratulations also goes out to our second-place winner, Daniela Soria, and our third-place winner, Alexia Hazeldine.
