Colomer Canada announced the appointment of its new Creative and Technical Manager, Phillip Anthony Capobianco. Phillip has been in the industry for over 20 years and is an award winning stylist. He brings experience in all aspects of education from the development and implementation of programs to technical training and presentation skills.

Phillip’s background includes assembling and training education teams for chain salons as well as artistic teams for distributors. His experience as a lecturer, salon owner and director of 21 salons will allow him to bring a wealth of knowledge to the team.
