A first in a series of many more to come for Canadians hairstylists, Wella Professionals hosted an education session for 15 Quebec stylists at its New York City studio in Soho on June 5-6 with a French-only seminar headed by TrendVision winner Cyrill Brune and Quebec-based Wella educator Jessica Gauvin.
“It’s a great opportunity to make a class with Montreal stylists. Our studios are the crown jewel of our education. Moving forward we want to include Canada much more to have a stronger unification of our education in order to seek out the best in Canada and the US,” says Diego Raviglione, Artistic Manager North America Studios Wella Professionals.
The seminar revealed the Wella Professionals Fall/Winter 2016-17 trend Bronde Luxe, with its artisanal and rich approach to colour, while participants were encouraged to try new contract colour placements such as a herringbone pattern.
