Here are three haircut trends straight off the runway that we think will be a big hit on the streets (and in the salon) this season.
1. The Chop
It’s not a bob, it’s a chop. It’s flowing, looks best curly and hits between the chin and the shoulders. Everyone’s been sporting it – Karlie Kloss, Julianne Hough and Brittany Snow, to name a few– and we think this is going to be the most popular cut of the season.

2. Uber-long hair with minimal layering
The days of face-framing layers are gone this year, as carefree, natural-looking hippie-esque hair takes hold. Explain to clients how you’re going to help them grow out their layers until they get the length they want by summer.

3. Piecey, short fringe
Say goodbye to long, straight bangs. It’s time to welcome more edgy fringe for spring. Shorter bangs will be a hit with arty clients, while those who are less brave can try a jagged fringe for a refresh on the traditional.
