We’ve rounded up a selection of fresh, sexy hairstyles that are near effortless to create with easy-to-follow guidelines.

The Blonde Bob with Full Fringe
The key to this luminous and luxurious short style is all in the colour technique: Foilyage, which is a combination of foil highlights and balayage. “This method creates a very natural sun- kissed look at the ends, with a very subtle transition from the roots,” says Mathieu Jacob, from Glam Salon Boutique in Montreal. “Here, we pre-lightened hair with the Multi-Techniques from Blond Studio from L’Oréal Professionnel, and combined it with Smartbond, a protective and strengthening service designed for use during technical services to protect the hair.”
After lifting hair to the desired level and then drying it, he created a shadow root effect with L’Oréal Professionnel’s Dia Richesse 8.02 with a tinge of clear at the roots, and then added Dia Richesse 9.02 on hair’s length and tips to create a luminous platinum blonde.
To create that rich texture, Jacob styled hair with L’Oréal Professionnel’s Série Expert Volume Inflator at the roots and then added L’Oréal Professionnel’s Wild Stylers Savache Panache Styling Powder on tips and the rest of the hair.

A Cascade of Shiny Chestnuts
To create these stunning, but oh-so-subtle, brunette curls (reminiscent of Meghan Markle, a.k.a. the Duchess of Sussex) hair was coloured first with L’Oréal Professionnel’s INOA 5 + 5.8 + 5.3 to create a halo of light around the face. When the application time was up, another dose of beautiful, luminous hair colour was added with DiaLight 7.8 + 6.34 + Clear.
To create those curls, hair was smoothed using the L’Oréal Professionnel Steampod Straightening Iron, after the Steampod Protective Serum and Steampod Smoothing Cream were applied to control flyaways and add loads of shine.

Funky Silver Space Buns
Jessica Domoney, a bridal expert and Sexy Hair stylist based in Florida, offered us tips on how to create these awesome and supersized space buns that look so great for a pool party or a long night out on the town.
First, prep the entire head with Healthy Sexy Hair Surfrider to create workable texture. Divide hair into two low ponytails and secure with elastics.
Divide one ponytail in two and begin rope braiding— Domoney likes to twist to the left both strands, meaning she wraps her braid to the right. Using Big Sexy Hair Powder Play Lite, expand the braid as you go. “The fuller, the better!” she says. “As you expand, make sure to use Big Sexy Hair Spray & Play for a firm hold that will lock in the airy rope style. As you reach the ends, simply knot the rope braid into a loose bun shape around the ponytail, and use bobby pins to keep it in place.”
Repeat on the other ponytail and finish using Big Sexy Hair Spray & Play, and voilà! Oversized buns to go!

Premium Platinum for Guys
If your male clients are thinking of trying a blonde shade, summer is the ideal season to go for it! To create this coveted platinum, Jacob suggests lightening hair with L’Oréal Professionnel’s Platinum Plus from Blond Studio, while adding a dose of Smartbond. Then, pre-tone hair with L’Oréal Professionnel’s DiaLight 10.21 + DiaLight Clear to make sure all traces of yellow disappear from hair. Finally, for that rich metallic shade, apply Majirel. To style, apply L’Oréal Professionnel’s Powder-in-Lotion on damp hair, drying lightly. And for even more texture, reapply product on dry hair.

The Ultimate Braided Crown
To achieve a crown made of romantic, delicate braids, starting at the nape, take one- inch square sections and prep with Hot Sexy Hair Support Me and comb through to evenly distribute the product. Wrap using a one-inch wand or curling iron, alternate directions on each curl, and let each section cool before you gently tug on the end to loosen the curl but keep the wave together. Set each layer of curls with Big Sexy Hair Get Layered Hair Spray. Repeat these steps on the entire head.
“Next, using the natural side part, create a traditional three-strand braid about one-and-a-half-inches wide, just in front of the crown, making sure to stand behind and braid in the direction you want the braid to sit,” she says. Expand as you go and, as desired, use Big Sexy Hair Powder Play Lite. Clip hair into position and move on to your front braid. Here, create another three-strand braid, this time incorporating hair from above and dropping hair underneath to form a waterfall-like
braid, and expand as you go. (Domoney uses Healthy Sexy Hair Styling Paste to help maintain control and keep braids clean). Repeat on the opposite side and connect the three braids in the centre using a clear elastic or bobby pins, depending on your preference.”
