Step 1
Start in the back and part the hair in a diagonal section from the bottom of the left ear to the top of the right ear.
Using a vertical application, apply F1 at the base to create a shadow root.
Colour melt F2 from the line of demarcation through the ends.
Step 2
Part the hair from the top of the right ear to the left temple in a diagonal line, to create a triangular section. Continue parting the hair in this zig-zag pattern up to the top of the head.
Apply Formula 3 and 4 using the same shadow root and colour melt techniques as the previous step.
Step 3
Section the hair in another triangular section and colour melt Formulas 4-5.
Step 4
Divide the hair in the final diagonal section.
Carve out a 2” semi-circle on the right side of the hairline and pin out of the way.
Apply Formulas 7, 8, and 9 using a colour melt technique.
Step 5
The remaining semi-circle section represents the “colour changing spoon”.
Apply Vivids Wild Orchid at the base to create a 1/2” shadow root.
Colour melt Vivids Magenta into Vivids Neon Yellow through the end.
