Introducing the Canadian Gold Winners and Finalists for Kao’s 2023 Global Creative Awards!

Kao Salon Division has announced the Canadian gold, silver and bronze winners and finalists for its 2023 Global Creative Awards.

The annual photo-based competition includes three technical categories (Creative Colorist, New Talent Colorist and Creative Haircutter) and four creative categories (Avant Garde, Editorial Colorist, Men’s Hairstylist and Salon Team).

The gold winners from each participating country will be advancing to compete in a live competition at the Kao Salon Global Experience, which will be held on September 24th in Chicago.

A shout-out to Marilyn Vendittelli on being named both a gold winner for Creative Cutter and a finalist for Men’s Hairstylist. Plus, her team at Industry Hair and Esthetics are also a finalist in the Salon Team category!

It’s a big year for St. Catharines, with all of this year’s technical category gold winners hailing from “The Garden City!”
