Living Proof has teamed up with actress Lily Collins on their latest campaign to celebrate their mission of science in action.
Collins, who is a Golden Globe-nominated actress, author and philanthropist, best known for her Netflix hit show Emily in Paris, is now starring in Living Proof’s “We Have Haircare Down to a Science” campaign, which places an emphasis on how true innovation, research and science sparks healthy hair results.
The brand prides itself on creating solutions to solve real-world hair problems (instead of concealing them) and uses in-house scientific discovery to develop these solutions. According to Living Proof, the brand and Collins both have a passion for performance-based and transparent solutions as well as great hair.
During her time spent on set and on stage, Collins’ hair is constantly exposed to heat and products. To help maintain healthy hair, she’s compiled a list of her must-have Living Proof products.
Lily Collins’ Top Picks:
The Advanced Clean Dry Shampoo
With a formula that cleanses and cares for hair while absorbing oil and sweat, this dry shampoo leaves hair soft and shiny. “I literally almost always have Advanced Clean Dry Shampoo in the car or in my bag,” says Collins. “I use it almost every day; it smells amazing, and it doesn’t leave any residue.”
The No Frizz Vanishing Oil
This fast-absorbing hair oil soaks into strands to block humidity while providing hydration to the hair. “Hydration is a big thing for me because all the heat and styling takes its toll, so keeping it really hydrated and shiny is a priority,” says Collins. “My hairstylist uses the oil on my ends—it doesn’t feel greasy and makes my hair look shiny and hydrated.”
The Full Dry Volume & Texture Spray
This spray delivers long-lasting volume and texture to fine hair and allows a no-slip grip for styling. “The Full Dry Volume & Texture Spray delivers instant, long-lasting volume and texture that’s revivable throughout the day,” says Collins. “It also lightly absorbs oil to extend the life of my look and it has heat protection, so it protects from any additional damage from the curling iron.”
